The Telecom Audit Solutions, was founded in 1979 as a business machine and supply communications company and quickly grew in scale to accommodate the rapid advancement—and public interest— of business communications systems, voice and data cabling, overhead paging, and unifying communications.In 2002, Telecom Audit Solutions, provided the first-ever cloud-based phone system in USA.  Using Broadworks / Broadsoft Cloud Licenses (the creators of VoIP Technology), Telecom Audit Solutions secured contracts with Owatonna City and other local enterprises.  Telecom Audit Solutions was one of the very first adopters of this brand-new revolutionary technology in the nation; however, the technology and internet bandwidth was before its time and the world was not ready for VoIP at the end-user level in 2002.

 

Five years later, we revisited Voice over IP (VoIP) technology and began offering cloud-based phone systems and services (3CX, 3CX Hosted & CoreNexa) and SIP Trunks.  We now offer a variety of cloud-based systems including business phone systems, surveillance, data backup, SD-WAN and so much more.
